Question about Motorola Mobility E815
I've got a problem with my phone. It won't turn on. It just keeps flashing the "Hello Moto" welcome screen every 10 seconds or so whenever I press the power button.its a motorola e815..thanks
If you have a Micro sd (transflash) card try powering off phone removing card and then power on phone to see if that solves the problem. This worked for me. Had to pull battery to shut phone off.

I had a similar problem. Woke up to see the phone flashing on and off while on the charger. It flashed a white screen. Took it off charger, turned it off and on, and it would only go to the Verizon screen and go back out. Could not get it to turn on at all. Took battery off then on, still no luck. Tried an old battery, phone came up with message the time and date were invalid. Clicked "end" and all is well and working properly. No idea what happened, but you might try changing to another battery.

I had this problem with a unformatted 1GB micro SD card. Formatted card on pc and then put back into phone and now phone is ok. If you have a Micro sd (transflash) card try powering off phone removing card and then power on phone to see if that solves the problem.

I don't have a solution, however, I am having the exact same issue. Verizon local and phone support have been no help. Anyone else have a fix?

Your mobile phone is infected with a virus if you mobile phone is under warrenty claim it or see how to format you mobile phone which will roll back your mobile phone to factory setting this happens when some one use the bluetooth to recive file from untrusted phone or infected phone etc
