Mine has a green line. I changed the background to green. It's broken, you can buy an new one or cover it up.

You may want to try another video cable. If that not it then you may want to open the OSD (On Screen Display) menu and see if it goes over that. If it dose you may have to get service from Viewsonic. If not then you may want to try the monitor on another computer to make sure its not traveling with the monitor.

My Aspire 5670 screen is dead.

Update the video drives, if that doesn't work replace the vga cable. If that doesn't work try it on another monitor.

Dell P2210 menu is locked, how do I unlock it?

You have to hold down the top and bottom buttons at the same time for around 10-15 seconds and it will eventually display an unlock icon and you are back in business..

There is a black line and see through pink bar on my monitor

disconnect all the cables except the power cable and then turn the monitor on you would see a test screen if it still happens your monitor is faulty and better buy a new one as repairing is usually expensive .
also check you warenty its usually 3 years

It could just need the print heads cleaning or aligning
If you are not sure contact the shop you purchased your printer from it is under warrenty for 12 months

My Dell Inspiron 9300 developed a thin pink line running vertically across the screen. I haven't dropped it or anything, so i don't know how it got there. Is there anything that I can do to fix this?

Try to change screen reslotion if it still happens the reslotion is not installed correctly.
