cartidge alignment failure on HP officeJet G85xi -- how do you fix it?
Problem for HP OfficeJet G85 All-In-One InkJet Printer
While sitting idle, every so often printer prints
While sitting idle, every so often printer prints a tiny smiley face for no apparent reason. This is a huge waste of paper. We are using a Compaq Presario, and Windows XP Home. This used Officejet G85 was recently donated to our non-profit, so I do not know any history on it.
I tried switching to a different USB port, bit that did not help.
