What do you mean by "saved on screen"?
is it set as your wallpaper/background/standby picture(call it anyhow)? to change that you have to go to settings and look for display and background etc. (read the * manual)
is it saved in the phone's memory? go to stg like GALLERY in the phone or a file system explorer and there just find the file and delete it. (the manual could be of great help in this case, too.)

I cannot received no messages because it is full, but I have no messages

Sometimes there is a limit on the TOTAL number of messages saved within your phone, not simply your RECEIVED messages. Have you double-checked that you deleted "sent" and "draft" messages as well? You phone may also have a "trash" or "deleted" folder for messages, which may have to be cleared before you can receive more.

My samsung chat 335 wont send or receive mms messages

Hi, issues like this are related to (network) problem ,
not your Cell Phone . In most cases, regarding the text messages,
the problem is from the Service Operator. Have you tried the Sim card on another phone? If not,
remove the Sim card, insert it on another phone and try sending a message from another mobile to you number,
or you can do it in vice- versa by inserting another Sim card on your mobile.

If you can't receive text messages even when it's inserted on another handset,
then you will need to call the customer care of your Network Operator and tell
them your problem, they will help you fix it immediately.

You can check the message center number, but I don't think
it's very much important in your case, well, if you wanna try,
just check the text message and mms message settings and verify that the message
center number (which is currently in use) is the same number which
is on another phone with the same network (the other Sim should be
of the same network in your area). If it's different, make the changes
and save the settings. Also disable the "Receive Via" or similar settings..
(I can't recollect the exact settings as i don't have the same model with
me, please excuse me for this.).

If the same Sim card doesn't receive or send mms messages using another handset,
don't bother to change the settings or to make any changes with it,
first call the customer care and verify from them, you may make mistakes instead of fixing it.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for using fixya.......

My phone nokia 6120 classic can't send a message. at first it is on the outbox stated that "resend"at specific time and then after a while it will become failed and when I check the details it...

hi, 1st things to do would be to go through your phone and delete the folowing, delete any you dont need of the following.
1 inbox messages
2 outbox messages
3 sent messages
4 saved messages
5 drafts
6 delete any pictures or ringtones you dont need.

after doing the above try sending another message and see if it works, if your outbox or sent message folder is full then it wont send any messages as it saves the sent ones in a folder so you can see what you have sent so deleting these should get you up and running again.

if it dont then the chances are your phone needs updating to the latest message center number to do this all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them to set up the message center number once this is done your phone will be back to normal

let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

please rate this solution, thanks

Samsung e250 - blocked number

You will need to delete the saved text out of the Blocked List. In menu you need to look for Block List, i believe on that model it is found under text messages? (varies on model) If its not visible in messages look in menu>messages>settings. It may also be found in 'calls' part of the menu. Once you find list open it and you should see a list of numbers? Select the number and delete. You should now be able to receive from those numbers?
