My HP 1320 is crinkling every page. I've cleaned everything, changed the toner cartridge, but still have the problem. Ideas?

If the crinkle is a fanning or accordion, it is time for you to replace the Fuser.

This is almost always the reason.

Other then that, small pieces of paper can be stuck in the printing path, often behind the fuser.

Removing the back cover, and then the fuser is the best choice.

Your User Manual provided with the device shall explain how to remove the fuser, though it is relatively simple with limited tools.

Sounds like your printer's fuser is bad. Lower the rear door and inspect the rollers. You will need a flashlite. Fuser replacement requires removal of the printer covers. It might need servicing too. Just check its condition. Better still, get another fuser drum and try it out.

Our hp laser jet 1320 has black lines running horizontally on the page. Is there something we can do to clear this problem up?

Get the toner cartridge out from the printer, move the plastic cover so you can se the light green roller. On both ends of the roller are gear wheels, use your fingers to rotate them and see if there is any toner on the green roller (lines). Check if there is some piece of paper or some dust or dirt on the roller, and if there is, gently wipe it with the dry soft cloth.
If the problem persist, try changing the toner cartridge.

Just changed the cartridge in our HP1320 Laserjet (genuine HP cart) but the print quality is now much fainter than normal. Still on ProRes1200 setting as before. Any ideas?

If your toner cartridge is not OEM (HP), this is the most common reason. I have personally seen 2 out of 3 remanufactured HP toner cartridges fail right out of their sealed boxes. Don't be fooled by lower costs, test prove most remanu'ed cart's don't give you page yield to justify their lower cost.

Laser cartridges with chips

you need to replace the chips so it will read the amount of pages printed by the toner cartridge. This chip is only for measuring how many pages printed.
