If the crinkle is a fanning or accordion, it is time for you to replace the Fuser.
This is almost always the reason.
Other then that, small pieces of paper can be stuck in the printing path, often behind the fuser.
Removing the back cover, and then the fuser is the best choice.
Your User Manual provided with the device shall explain how to remove the fuser, though it is relatively simple with limited tools.
Sounds like your printer's fuser is bad. Lower the rear door and inspect the rollers. You will need a flashlite. Fuser replacement requires removal of the printer covers. It might need servicing too. Just check its condition. Better still, get another fuser drum and try it out.
