Question about iRiver E10 Digital Media Player
Ever since I deleted all my music from my E10 when I try to plug in the E10 to my computer the iriver plus software program automatically shuts down as soon as it recognises that I have plugged in the e10 to the computer.Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Definitaly has to go back to iriver for new system software.
Have been through same problem on two devices and they replaced firmawrae chip both times and both devices ok

How do i fix it when it says player update required please refer to the manual and it dosent help

I had the same issue, I downloaded iriver plus 3 and the problem was solved. You can get it at http://www.iriver.com.au/iriver/index.cfm?pageID=10001&

Using Explorer try copying one song over into the music folder of the device. Then restart Plus so that it searches and finds a song present.
