Open the service cover door/switch, on top of coin box .
Numbers will be flashing.
Push the middle button 1 time untell you get to the "6 0X" The third digit,on my example is X. The X represents the number of quarters to start the wash.
Push the left button to the number of quarter you want your vend.

Example
6 01 = .25
6.02 = .50
6 03 = .75
6 04 = $1.00
6 05 = $1.25
6 06 = $1.50
6 07 = $1.75

1 to 39

Replace cover and correct vend will show.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Maytag centennial washer won't fill during rinse cycle

If the inlet works during the wash cycle or start program but does not work during the rinse cycle, then it is due to fault in the program. Select another program to confirm this cycle or choose another cycle. If the fault is the same on all the programs then it can be due to the controller unit.

Why won't my washer finish it's cycle?

First attack is the lid switch- make sure it connects when closed- you can bypass with a jumper until replaced. After that the water inlet valve. If asking for cold rinse the washer will just sit there waiting to fill. confrim cold water at the valve by pulling hoses or if there is cold at other times like warm wash - you can feel it while filling. There may be a blocked in-line filter so check the external hoses and valve too.

How to reset control panel to $1.50 / $2.00 on a Maytag commercial washer

It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.

CHANGING THE MONEY AMOUNT ON A DIGITAL COIN OP MAYTAG WASHER MODEL# MAT12PDBAW

I JUST HAD THE SAME QUESTION FOR A CUSTOMER REQUEST, I TALKED TO THE TECH SUPPORT AT MAYTAG AND THEY EXPLAINED THAT ALL YOU DO IS UNPLUG THE CONNECTOR CC FROM THE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD THEN SCROLL WITH THE CENTER BOTTOM BUTTON, TILL YOU SEE 600 DISPLAYED. (600 IS ZERO COINS, 604 IS 4 COINS, 608 IS 8 COINS, ETC.) THEN RECONNECT THE CC CONNECTOR AND PUT IT TOGETHER, SOUNDS SIMPLE ENOUGH. IM GONNA GO TRY IT
