You are seeking codes with RCA systemlink-3 remote control to Apex TV. Unfortunately, there is no setup codes for Apex Tv with this remote control. It is very difficult to gat a remote control that has setup codes for Apex Tv.
Comcast On demand custom-3 universal remote control has codes for Apex.
Codes are :
0748, 0765, 0767

1. Hold down the TV/Tuner Button.

2. Whilst holding down the TV/Tuner Button, enter the four character numeric device code.

3. Press any other button on the remote.

NB: If the remote was sold to you under the guise of being " the correct remote control for that model," then simply remove the battery cover and you will see that the correct code for your device has been helpfully printed there. I recently bought a used LCT2060 that had no remote. I figured my comcast cable remote would work without a problem but it didn't. So 3 universal remotes later I found my solution...a radio shack universal gamer remote. It controls up to 5 components plus your xbox360, playstation and pc.
