Hi Girish, The correct procedure would be to use the driver supplied by the manufacturer of the modem AMICA58N266. If this is not available then you have to use the generic driver supplied by the chipset manufacturer which is in this case Conexant. Their support add is (http://www.conexant.com/support/md_supportlinks.html ) and from there proceed to the specific driver page. Of course the driver is OS specific. Hope this be of some help/idea.
