when is it crashing ? during startup? during use in a program? What operating system is installed? what computer make and model number? Any error messages when it crashes?
Include a little more info as aposed to a little less and we will be able to assist you..

-   Hi, I have the same problem. My Thinkpad keeps restarting. I can start up in safe mode and last a while. But the general question, for Windows XP professional which came with the laptop (and prob. got a deadly virus?), how do I remove the OS?
