Question about JVC GZ-MG330 HDD Camcorder

After I loaded the video into the program to play it back I noticed that there are green splotches appearing in the video. It is also on the jvc harddrive of the camcorder. Do I need to adjust something on the harddrive so that these green splotches don't appear anymore and can you tell me what is causing it?
