This tablet, when turned on,should only beep once.
It sounds like their may be a hardware problem or corrupt firmware.
Make sure you are using the correct power supply, these use a 12 volt power supply, center negative.

If this fails contact GTCOCalcomp Tech Support.

Serial number does not match apple records

Where did you find the serial number? There are two places - the sticker somewhere on the case, and the firmware record on the logic board. To read the latter, go to the Apple menu and click "About this Mac" In the dialog, click the "More info" button. This will open System Profiler, which will give you the serial number of the logic board along with the model name and identifier, processor type, etc.
The logic board serial number could be different if it is not the original logic board. Even the type may vary since some models have several clock speed and memory type options.
Generally the System Profiler data is definitive unless someone has messed with the system information using Open Firmware (rare, but possible).

Does the drawing board III use WinTab for arcGIS 10?

ALL ESRI ARC Programs as far as I am aware use the Standard GTCO Tablet Works drivers. All GTCOCalcomp digitizers are or were level 1 supported by ESRI and the standard tabletworks driver will work just fine (This only applies to Windows versions of ARC, not Unix or other OS's)
Drivers can be obtained from GTCOCalcomp or from this link at the Interworld Site: http://www.interworldna.com/GTCO/gtco-drivers.php

If your digitizer has a serial interface use the SuperSet code 01 or 11. If you digitizer uses USB then no superset is active or needed (This only applies to GTCO or GTCOCalcomp Digitizers)

Calcomp or Summagraphics digitizers will need to be set to 9600,8,N,1 with High Resolution Biinary output to work with Tablet works. Hope this helps you

First conform that serial port is selected as NONE on digitizer manager while you running the lectra tablet utilities. If you try this already please check your cable connectivity any one of the line may be missing connection. It may work but you can't able to run lectra tablet utilities.

IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO REACH 350 DEGREES ON MY JGB920 GE STOVE

most likely you have a bad ignitor, remove the racks, remove the floor to the oven, remove the flame spreader, put the oven on 350,if the flame doesn't lite within 40 seconds you have a bad ignitor.i looked up your model number,it shows a round ignitor but when i look up the part number it shows a flat ignitor, call your local parts store, give them the full model number that's on the machine, open the bottom draw, look at the left or right side of the frame around the draw opening not on the draw and you'll see the model and serial numbers, give them the full model number and they will give you the correct ignitor, let me know how long it takes before the flame lites

Temperature probe guide won't quit beeping

you have a bad computer board or clock assy. same thing the most common thing that cooks the board is heat and usually from self cleaning the oven, next time send the model number,if this is a slide in stove under the oven door is a drawer, open it and look at the frame, you'll see a tag with model and serial numbers,if that functions by itself you have a bad board.

My Emachines_w2888 will not boot up. I get a, (NO SIGNAL INPUT).

If all you have done is upgrade the memory, take out one stick of memory and see if the computer will start up. If it acts the same way it has been acting, take out the other stick of memory and put the first stick of memory back in. You could have a bad stick of memory. Does the computer make any beeping noises when you try to start it? Those beeps are the BIOS way of telling you there is a problem. One BIOS beep means the system is starting if you have more than one beep, there could be a problem, the number of beeps along with the brand of BIOS will give you a clue as to what the problem is. Once you know the number of beeps and the brand of BIOS you can search the Internet for what the problem might be. Your monitor showing "NO SIGNAL INPUT" is its way of saying "I'm ok but something else is wrong".

Good luck

Calcomp Drawing Board III

If you need documentation, go to GTCOCalcomp.com and they have FREE documentation for your tablet.
It may be a software switch is turned on and is causing this problem. Also check the driver and turn off any mapping.
When you read the manual it will show you how to turn off/on the software switches on the tablet.
These tablets should boot-up in the GTCO binary mode.
