Re: lost driver

The disk had Rhapsody and / or Best Buy Software and Sansa Media Converter. Which can be downloaded from and the Sansa media Converter is here; It did not contain any drivers. As long as you have Windows XP / SP2, and Windows Media Player 10 or higher, you will not need anything off of the disk. Best of Luck.

I lost my software for my mp3

I see that you need the driver for your Sansa Sandisk e250, see links below for the download page.

This will direct you to the Sandisk website just select your Sansa e250 from the list of devices from the website to get the driver softwarethat you need to make your Sansa e250 running.

I hope this helps.

I lost the drivers and my computer wont pick up my sansa

Uninstall all of the Sansa software.
Go to the Sandisk website and download the clean version of the software.
Reinstall the software.
Make sure your sansa player is not plugged into the computer until AFTER you have finished this process.
