I watched a burnt DVD and it played fine, but now the drive won't open. It says no disk when I try to open it, but if I hit play it will play. Ideas???

straighten out a paper clip & push it into the hole near the bottom left of the tray it will manually push the tray out - reboot & it will probably work again - probably is stressed

Try this trick. it worked for me. Using a credit card insert it into the Tray opening to remove the front cover of the CD loader. then using 2 fingers push the tray inwards while pressing the eject button. Do this 3 to 5 times. If this does not fix your problem. Send it for repairs.
