Question about Trilogy Alarm Lock T2 TRILOGY® Digital Locks DL2700
Changed the factory code to new code but it needs to be changed again due to a terminated employee.
I really need the model no. of your lock to be sure I give you the right info, but you can go to www.alarmlock.com and click on "support" at top of home page, then scroll down to bottom of support page and click on "technical library". On the next page, scroll down to DL Programming Manuals and click on your model number. Tip: in the programming instructions, when they refer to the "A" or the "AL" key it is located where the # key is on a phone keypad (to the right of 0).
This key has the alarm lock logo on it. Hope this helps!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
