If you reside in the USA, I suspect you need to apply for renewal of your CNA license through a state agency. I have no idea of the state where you reside.
I suggest you speak with your supervisor at Santa Teresita and ask him or her for the website to log in for your license renewal and ask for directions on how to proceed. You may be able to log in and renew your license through a computer in the management offices at work.

If you have forgotten your password to log on to windows then you will not be able to log on to your profile as this needs your windows password.
If you have a sepreate administration account on the laptop you can log on with this make another user account to log on, log on with this account to create your new profile then log off, back on as admin, you should then have access to the users folder and with admin rights you should have access to copy your stuff from the old user profile to the new one.

I don't have this lappy, however, most newer BIOS settings show an option for a term such as "wireless state" or "Radio status" with options such as on, off, last state. The setting of "last state" should supercede any upgrades or conflicts downloaded after initial settings. Set the BIOS setting to last state and then switch it on. All subsequent boots should have wireless on. To get into BIOS settings, either F2, Delete, Spacebar, or Enter should be pressed during boot sequence. Good luck.
