Hi, there are two options for you to lock your cell phone under "Key Guard Settings", One is the "Automatic Key Guard" where you can set the delay time to lock the phone, and the other one is "Key Guard Code" where you can set a password every time you wish to unlock your phone. I think you have only disabled the Key Guard Code, please try turning OFF the Automatic Key Guard. I hope this helps.
The automatic lock feature of your phone is turned on. To turn it off, from 'menu', go to 'settings', then scroll to 'phone settings', scroll to 'keyguard', scroll to 'automatic lock', select it, you would see two options; 'on' and 'off' select 'off'.
This would turn off the automatic lock. You would then only be able to unlock your phone whenever you so wish.
Depress the screen unlock button on the top right corner of phone. The phone has a touchscreen and when the phone is in idle, the auto lock feature activates to prevent the screen buttons from working. Auto lock can be disabled in settings. The screen lock usually has a semi transparent wallpaper screen but it may have been changed
hi, it is very possible to unlock it permanently or increase the time..all you need to do is to go to setting on your phone...check your phone setting, then try to locate your automatic key guard....you could increase the time or you select off..
You can lock your phone manually or set the phone to lock automatically whenever you turn it off. To use a locked phone, you must enter the unlock code. A locked phone still rings or vibrates for incoming calls or messages, but you must unlock it to answer. You can make emergency calls on your phone even when it is locked (see page 68).
