Question about GN Netcom GN 9330 Wireless Headset
I have the gn9330 and it is fairly new and not used much, all of a sudden when I go to answer the phone with headset, the arm won't lift the phone off the cradle. it doesn't move. thanks

You can go online and download the operation manual for the 9330.
I saw it when I was looking for a solution to my problem. I do not remember the exact address. try gnnetcom.com/9330/support.

Unplug the unit, then take the ear piece and slide the battery off .... When you have the battery detached from the ear piece, wipe off the metal prongs, leave it off for a few minutes, then put back together. Make sure you plug the unit back in. It will take a couple hours for the unit to be charged. That should take care of the issue.

this has not synch up keep headset in cradle and remove power at mains plug or power lead from base count to 5 and replace power if no flashing is seen then you might have to repeat the same procedure a few times for synch to happen
the only other reason for no synch is battery in headset is not charged enough
