My envy touch inside screen is not working, but the touch screen is. i didnt drop it or anythig. i tried charging it, restarting it, and removing the battery. theres no scratch or crack. and i dont know...

Near the joint of the phone, on the inside, there is a tiny hole that hides the switch for the inner's location is indicated by the small nipple on the upper-half of the phone, again near the joint/hinge.

This correlation between the nipple and small hole acts as the auto-off switch for the inner screen when you close the phone.
Inside the hole is a thin plastic membrane with a flexible copper contact underneath called a contact switch, and nicknamed a bubble switch for the general appearance (the shape is similar to a small bead of water on a waxed car).

Normally convex shaped, these contacts can be pressed (deformed) into a concave, which means that, as a switch, it is still making contact as if the phone is closed.
This happens often when the closed phone is pressed hard, and some never realize that they did it (sat on it, etc.) until the screen is blank.

There are 2 ways to pop the switch back out; The first is the proper way, by opening the case and accessing the circuit board...but the other way is the first-try method that you as a user can do easily before seeking a service center:
Using a non-sharp piece of wire or stiff plastic (a ball-point pen if it will fit, and if it won't a bread wire-tie folded tightly in half, or a straw from a broom, etc.), poke gently into the hole and run the point around in a circular pattern to cause the deflated bubble to pop out.
The screen will/should flicker while you're doing this...and will come on when you got it.

I dropped my enV2 on the floor and the inside screen won't work

SCreens can't be repaired. Do you have insurance? For $50.00 they will replace your phone with a new or refurbished and they can transfer all of your data into that newly required phone. Good Luck.

LG Envy inside screen no longer works, did not drop or get wet, was using it fine then all of a sudden I opened it to text only to find a black screen, buttons still light up, but no display!

there is a small very delicate ribbon cable that connects the screen to the circuit board that has probally broken. it is a common problem on phones that flip like yours does.

Blank screen

Mine did this too. Once you dropped it, The screen went blank because it's the first time you've done it. Just leave it off for a few hours, And it SHOULD go back to normal... If It doesn't contact T-mobile. :)

Outside and inside screen is "black", but still "glows" when powered on?

My phone is doing the same thing. My phone hasn't been dropped or exposed to any liquids, but the screens are not working. LG suggested that I send it to them. If they can't fix it, they will just replace it. The only thing I have to pay for is sending it to them. I can make and receive calls but I can't read text messages which is why I mainly got the phone. Just send it to LG Wireless. Call them and they will give you a number that has to be attached to the package and the phone. Within two weeks, they will fix it or replace it. I had to get my LG 8500 replaced, and it was no problem.
