Question about Philips Magnavox 51MP392H Rear Projection Television

Power i have a 51 inch projection tv and it will not come on.

    My TV shut down while I was watching it..... like I had turned it off. Now it will not come back on. I've checked all the plugs, prongs, power supply etc. Nothing has worked.

I replaed the convergance chips and still have a red shadow on my sony 51 inch projection tv


This set has two 5 amp fuses on power board that feed the convergence circuit, did you test them?

I needed I can provide photo of that board, fuses are pico fuses and not glass.

The model indicated is a projection set and the question is does it look 3d looking etc or something else?

there is no tube in a projection tv it will be the conversion chips if picture colours aer distorted

If the power led blinks its an error code such as 3 blinks means convergence failure which is the most common error for your model.Let me know the error code and I will assist you with what you need to do.

Can you post how many blinks the power indicator is blinking as that is an error code such as 3 blinks means Convergence circuits.
