check the drain filter is clear / pumping efficiency good. possible blockage in side chamber on righthand side. fan motor assy on top of chamber may be faulty. a condensing water valve could be faulty its the dual cold valve that the cold hose connects to without it you just get a steam and hot clothes.

It is indeed F20 is it flashes when no water/insufficient water is coming into the machine or when the pressure switch fail to trip after a certain period of time in which sufficinet water must flowed into the machine. The water tap hasn't been opened and hence the F20 code.
Unplugging the machine allows the controls to reset forcefully and eliminate the possibility of an electronic glitch. But it must be unplugged for at least 15 minutes in order to allow the capacitor to discharge and the controls to reset. The longer the machine is unplugged, the better. Also make sure there's power from the outlet where is plugged into including the breaker feeding the outlet.
Indicate the exact model number of the machine if further advice is needed. You don't have to accept or reject this post in order to add comment or information. But accepting the solution should you find it helpful and/or informative will not stop you from posting comments or additional information. You can still communicate with the expert should you need further advice regarding the issue stated herein.

Good Morning friend, thanks for your post!
I see your Electrolux range is displaying "E15" error code and you have reset your appliance but continue to receive the message. An "E15" error code stands for ESEC (Electronic Surface Element Control) self-test failed which could be a possible issue with your relay board or UIB (User Interface Board). I suggest seeking assistance from a technician to properly diagnose and repair your appliance to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
