Question about Intel Computers & Internet
I would suggest to reset the bios first, theres a jumper on the board for this task, check the user manual that came with it. In most cases its close to the 3volt battery.
Please read the page 56 on the user manual

Also I would suggest updating your bios to the latest available
If these things haven't helped, I suppose your still on warranty? Also where are you located?
