Question about HP Pavillion ZV6000 Notebook
Hiya hope this finds you smiling and enjoying life. i have a hp pavillion dv6000. playing music on windows player, end of night shut down but error showed up but too pissed to write info down. now when switching on to login in,its asking for reset password with a password reset cd but never made one and definately not changed the login password. please could you advise.cheers karl
I have a utility I use whenever I work on someone's computer who has forgotten their PW, or have inherited it from others, etc. and don't have the PW. It might help with your trouble. At the very least, it won't help and no harm done.
You can download from my website at;
Simply save the file to your computer and unzip it. Make sure there is a 1.44mb floppy in the floppy drive and run the install.bat file. Then reboot from the floppy drive and follow the prompts. The program will blank all Windows passwords and you can then reboot and enter a new PW or not, as you prefer.
Possibility of a solution, but you gotta trust me on this. I won't beoffended if you ignore this or scan the utility with a mal-wareprogram. In fact, I recommend it!
Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
