Question about HP LaserJet 4350TN Printer
At page 24 of a 60 page PDF document the printer stopped and displayed a 49 4C02 error. The printer is connected to the network via its 620N card. The 100mb LED is on. From the PC the printer is showing as 'Off Line'. Any further doc's are queued. No communication with the printer is allowed therefore firmware updates are not a solution! The machine has been turned off and 620N card and the triple interface card holder board have been removed and refitted. The latter shows a continuously pulsing green LED on powerup (after self test sequence). Any ideas how to progress from here?
Replace the jet-direct card. don't forget to install the IP address on the new card.
