- XOD1736 will not display video from DVD player or from ipod. I receive a black screen with a message that says, "Stop watch video player"? How do I fix it? Is this because I don't have the braking wire attached?

to watch dvd video on xod1730 like what adamdog said you need to attach/mix the pink/braking wire to black/ground wire and if you want to disable the pink/braking wire all you have to do is not to attach it to black wire or any wire and cover pink end wire with electric tape.

Pink wire on XOD1730 is parking brake wire. Just when you wire up attach the PINK wire to your BLACK (ground) wire and will watch videos when driving down the road

- It depends on the brand (i have no specs for yours...). There is usually a eire which must be attached to the parking brake wire so that you cannot watch videos while the car is in motion (for safety). Look in the wring section of the manual to determine which wire it is on your unit and then we can help you figure out where you need to attach it.

each time i power up i have to preset the radio stations.this is very annoying on my xo vision 1730.When the stations are preset they should remain so .Any suggestions

I have the same problem but mt screen turns on and then shuts off. I need to touch the screen again to activate the screen which I think is not normal. I can watch a movie without touching th screen every 8 secs which is very annoying.please anyone help!
