Question about GE WBSE2090A Top Load Washer
WASHER WILL STOP AFTER JUST A FEW MINUETS INTO THE WASH CYCLE. IF I WAIT A WHILE OPEN AND SHUT THE LID THEN RESTART IT DOES THE SAME THING.
Yes i am right then, it sounds like a heater problem, check element for open circuit, or a wire off maybe, it is also possible the circuit goes through a thermostat, that can be checked if element is ok, thank you

You didn't say if the machine had filled up with water and stopped after that, if that is so then the place to check first is the heater element for open circuit, this will be located at the bottom end of the drum area, remove plug before testing, work safe, hope i have helped a little, if the machine has not finished filling check the water supply first then the water solenoids. hope i have helped, if so rate me please
