Hi,

Simple.

  • Use your back-up/ recovery disc.
  • If not, connect to the internet and update your drive (through my pc - system info and device manager).
  • Google your pc model (the name on the front/ side) and download from the pc companies website.
  • Take it to a shop to have serviced (although it's not that hard really)

Try going to the manufacturer's website, from there go to the support section, drivers download. They'll have a section to search for your model of computer (laptops have it on a sticker on the bottom, desktop can be anywhere on the case).

Otherwise post the make and model and someone can point you in the right direction.

Ive lost my sound?

Hi, if you have the original driver CD for your system then run the whole set up not just the audio. If you donot have this CD then look inside your computer, locate the manufacturer and any model numbers you can see. go the manufacturers web page and download the latest drivers there.
