I keep have the SNT-V704 locking up and losing video. I am still able to connect to them thru the network, but I am unable to see video on any channel and I am unable to change anything in the programing. It is like they just lock up. They only way to correct the issuse is to go to the site and reset the power no the unit. The network connection is staying good like I said I still can remote into the units.

WizIf your unit keeps crashing this could be a sign of over heating. There is a way to test if it is an overheating issue and that is as the unit is playing use a hot air gun to raise the temperature and trigger the problem once the bad component is found replace it.
