Re: Cut driver opening package

Unless you are using windows 98 or ME you should not need the disc. It should recognize the device and install the correct driver on it own. The only other stuff on the disc is some mp3 utilities program which is crap anyway. I found nowhere to download anything for the player. Looks like Delstar has ZERO customer support.

when you hook it up it should automatically download the driver you should see it. if it dont pop up on your screen when done . Go into Computer and you should see it there open it from there and or create a short cut to your desktop. If you dont see it in Computer it is not being read. you may have to manually download the proper driver.

Wet and tried to let air out when i turned on says ipod disabled 5899655 mins try again

I would ignore the first posted answer and consider putting the ipod into DFU mode and doing a restore before cracking it open and replacing the battery. The previous answer has no logical explanation or remedy to fix it.

Depending on how "wet" it got, sometimes people have had luck with placing the ipod into a ziplock bag with dry white rice or silica gel bags (little bags that come in electronic packages to absorb moisture) it may take three to four days but it has worked for some. Never attempt to turn on a wet device until thoroughly dry first. Good luck to ya.

My computer isn't detecting the MP3 player when I plug it in.

Hi there, I've posted this incase you really need to get to the files on your mp3. This might hold you over till the problem is completely fixed...
Plug the mp3 in via a usb cord. Close any menu/window that comes up (if any, since it doesn't recognise it). Click "start", then in the window that opens click "my computer"...a window will come up with all the devices connected to your compute, for instance disc (c) is usually the harddrive. Check all the disc one at a time by double clicking on them. when you find folders in a disc and they contain your music, vids, pics etc then you've found your memory card on the mp3 and you will be able to copy/cut/delete any items there u wish.

Apps that cut off

Try rebooting your iPod touch by holding down both the sleep/wake and home buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. Should come back with an Apple logo.

The reason for this is that your iPod, like a computer, can start to run low on memory.

Another solution is, if you recently upgraded to OS 3.0, some applications might not be compatible yet. You can either wait for an update from the developer, or check if there's any current updates for the apps that don't open.

That is the video converter you'll need to put videos on.

To transfer music try using Windows Media Player, if wmp does not recognized it; open My Computer, look for "Coby Mp..." or something like it and drag media to the corresponding folder.

Hope that fixed it
please rate.

Well maybe you got a corrupted file on it. Scan your files with your anti virus software. If that isn't the case then change the batteries (AAA). If none of these solutions work then go to some technical support and ask if they can open it. Mine is having headphone problems so these things have problems quite oftenly.

Can open instructions

You do not have the sufficiant driver software to run the disc because windows vista is too new for older versions of cd-rom software. This is a common problem. You need to install the latest driver software for it to work. Trust me. Good Luck!
