I have a radio shack 2.4 digital cordless phone with answering machine

I have misplaced the directions for setting the greeting - I have recorded what I want the greeting to say but have not been able to make it answer the phone. What am I doing wrong? Is there anyway I can get the pamphlet with the directions, etc. in it?

I have misplaced the instruction booklet to my 2.4 ghz digital high power answering machine. I am trying to set the date and time I receive the messages, and can't seem to get it. I have no problem setting the day. Please advise how I can do it.
