Problem for HP Pavilion 520c PC Desktop

I had a pop up that said it was a microsoft

I had a pop up that said it was a microsoft security alert and I had trojans found etc. I just clicked out of it and tech support said it gave pc a virus. Now pc is super slow and I cannot do anything with it. How can I get rid of that virus?

Yeah Malwarebytes Antimalware it is a killer but lite to run. Just disconnect first out of the net for the meantime so it is free from outside interference.

Install, update then scan.

Also SuperAntispyware. For Antivirus try Avira Free this can also blocked almost new virus.

If Norton allows it then go. Or if the malwarebytes allows norton not to be uninstall go on.

But for me using nav2005 doesn't have an issue installing malwarebytes.

Download Malware Bytes and do a scan & clean.

What you need to do is go to download.com, and in the search box at the top, type in "Anti-Malware" and click search. The first program that should show up on the results should be Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Download and install this program, then run it. Whatever it finds, let it remove.
