I have a whirlpool dryer that won't heat. I removed the heating element and there were no breaks in the coils. I had the thermal cutoff tested and it was bad so I replaced it as well as the part

My dryer whirlpool still blow cool air but do not heat please tell me what the problem henry le

Bad heating element or bad thermo fuse.
You will have to unplug the dryer and remove the back to access the heating element. The thermo fuse is located on the side of the heating element.
If you don't have a meter to test the element and thermo fuse or just don't know how simply remove them from the dryer and take them to your local appliance repair shop and they can test them for you.

Dryer tumbles, no heat, thermo fuse has been changed. Can it be the cycling thermostat or the heating element?

If you have changed the thermal fuse you may have a defective thermal cutoff (located at the top of the heater housing in the back). The thermal cutoff will come with the high limit thermostat located at the bottom of the heater and you should change both parts if the thermal cutoff is bad.
You can take both of the parts (the heater and the thermal cutoff) to a parts supplier to have them checked for continuity (they should both read "closed" if they are good).
Good luck to you!

Whirlpool Dryer LER5636EQ3 will not heat replaced heating element, jumped out all temp and heat fuses.

Betya missed the thermal cutoff. Located half way up heater canister above the t-stat. This is usually the cause.

I changed the thermal cutoff. it dried one load and then wouldnt heat again

check the thermo again, it might be going out due to a short in the element, or obstructed venting causing too much heat, clear venting or replace therm/heating element if needed.

Whirlpool Dryer Does not dry

Its the thermal fuse. when you jump or, by-pass the cycle thermostat, you are basically by-passing the fuse as well. replacing the thermal fuse will fix thsi issue.

The fuse is usually located on the vent duct, inside the dryer. A blown fuse will show no continuity when measured with a meter. Before replacing the fuse, make sure the blower wheel is not broken or clogged, and there is nothing blocking the venting.

NO HEAT

Check for 220 volts incoming at the terminal block where your cord connects.
Make certain the dryer wiring is good there also.
Check the heating element to a ground on the dryer.
Check the continuity tthrough the start switch on the motor.
for the heater wire connection.
