Question about Televison & Video
If the tv is brand new (and actually from years '90 to now) sometimes is pretty easy to find any users manual: just go to the brand name in your browser and open it and try to find it selecting the hyperlink with the page description as user's manual. But with old tvs is hard because all user manual's were in paper. In any sense if nothing works use the contact us tab and tell them your problem. Most of brands are "friendly" and maybe they sell it to you after you get contact with them by phone.
