Question about Minolta magicolor 2400W Laser Printer
I have a fairly new Minolta magicolor 2400w, as I was printing some forms it stopped printing and the error light began to blink. There was no paper jam, the ink cartridges are new, and I do not get an error message on my computer, it says "printing" but it refuses to print. I have taken out the drum and put it back in, turned it off and back on and I get nothing. Please Help.
Hi, you should check the position of paper sensor flag, called "actuator" (part number 4139 3505 02). On the picture - part 15. The "paper jam" error message means also - "toner cartidge missing", "paper out" or "photoconductor missing"
