Change your password, your administrator should know how to deal with this in the future, let them know, if your a small company ask,your it team, on the pw issue use characters if possible ie !@#$%^^& etc, most pass word list contain only word list names.

I would suggest running an additional scan at TrendMicro, this will ensure that your computers MacAfee has not be compromised.
Goto this link and follow the instructions to run a free Malware scan of your computer computer.
Also, be sure that you have changed your alternate email address listed on your compromised email account. If you entered an alternate address at the beginning when setting it up, it is possible that this account may become compromised and they will get your new password through various methods
