So I have this mitsubishi WS 65807 a big screen and well it would be a shame to throw away. But it appears that the tv doesn't want to show any channels they all are "snowy". I own satelite tv which requires me to go to different channels to view but they are all staticy and no clear screen like it normally would. I have tried to do the channel 3 and 4 nothing I have even purchased the DTV box to see if I can see basic tv off of it but nothing. If I change input and connect lets say a gaming system it works fine....I don't want to just have it as an arcade and would enjoy watching television on this beautiful set. Any suggestions?

- Every other tv works perfectly....I am not sure if somehow maybe the actual jack might have a something to do with it. For when I put it in either TVA or TVB they both show no picture just that snowy screen. I also was wondering if somehow there was a way to detour the satallite. Like I said when I connect a gaming device and I change the input it works with the device. So is there a way I can use that method to connect the satalite?

I have a Mitsubishi WS-65807 and I'm getting 1-2 code on the diagnostic. The TV won't power up. When I try to turn it on the green led stays on for a few seconds, then goes off.

I'm working on a ws-65807 that had a convergence problem, but is now blowing fuse. I originally just changed the IC's because of a convergence issue, but now the tv won't come on. The fuse is F9A05 and when I check for a code I get 2-2 or short protect. What should I be looking for that would cause this fuse to blow? The fuse is located on the power board where most Mitsubishi fuses are. I have never had bad IC's from the start, but might that be the case here? The green light on the tv would blink 3 times and the tv would turn on, but turn right back off. I replaced fuses F9A05 and F9A04 and seemed to fix the problem. Then I turned the tv off to put everything back together and it wouldn't turn on after that. So before I left the plan was to replace the fuse and not turn the tv off, but that only lasted 5 minutes. F9A05 is connected to diode D9A61 (where I think I should be seeing -24v, but don't know how to check that unless you need to test the tv under load) and pin 22 of power transformer T9A50. Please help me if you know what the problem is.

We have a Mitsubishi WS-65807 rear projection television that stopped working all of the sudden. There is no picture (no blue screens, no menus, just black) and no sound. The green light on the front of the set labeled "timer" comes on and will not go off. I would really appreciate any suggestions--I don't want to overreact and replace the TV if this might be a simple problem. Thanks so much.

we have a mitsubishi HD 1080 series rear projection tv made in fall of 2000. the DVD player thru component video works fine on either 1 of 2 component connections. Every other connected device including games, cable tv, and Roku (thru component or red white sound yellow video) work intermitently, then screen goes blank with about an inch of screen visible at top only. struggling with what to do - I opened back, no obvious loose connections. Ideas? I certainly would appreciate specific direction to a fix that saves me from bringing the huge tv into the repair shop - is there an adjustment to make? is there a likely component or board that is at fault here? Thanks
