I forgot my password to my ZTE Q78 z431 - Cell Phones

It would help if you included the type of phone you have. My answer is the same for android and IOS (iphone). Go to settings look for Wifi and if there is a switch, toggle it on. Then somewhere on your screen a list of local wifi hotspots will be listed. Choose yours (or one that doesn't have a lock next to it) and login (assuming you put a password on your routers access to wifi). It is very simple and can be done in one or two minutes.

Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
