im unable to print anything keep getting a error message saying printer can not communicate, i have tried following the advice the trouble shhoting page gives but have had no success...
please help

I have installed the Brother MFC Printer soft wear on my P.C.it dose not show up in my programe file so it says that there is no connectionbetween the two
