try replacing all the leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA and the ones that attach from your motherboard to hard drive make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they are probably old and faulty ? good luck
I would check the bios and see what the shutdown temps are for the cpu as they may be set too low ( check the manuals for the cpu's as you dont want to set it too high as obviously if it does get too hot you dont want the cpu's ( processors ) to blow up or die on you.

U do a flasing of ur BIOS, there will a jumper on the mother board, U can find it refering the manual of ur mother board, jst change the jumper to flash the BIOS, then try booting...
