Question about Creative Labs ZEN Vision:M Digital Media Player
Sounds like the battery connector is loose and needs to be re-soldered onto the board. You need to make sure this is correct; connect your zen to a wall charger for 30 mins and see if it behaves the same way. If it does the same thing, its not the battery connector, its the motherboard. Is the zen recognized by the computer? If not, bad motherboard. If recognized, upgrade the firmware from www.creative.com/support --> downloads
