Question about JVC RX-D301S Receiver
I bought this receiver used alongwith a Bose 5.1 speaker/sub-woofer system. Before buying, tested, worked fine. Got home and hooked it up, would work fine, but there was a loud crackling sound once in a while. Turned out one of the speaker connections was loose, fixed it. It worked fine for a couple of hrs but now, whenever I turn it on, it turns off almost immediately. I even unplugged all speakers and devices, same thing keeps happening. Is a fuse blown? If yes, how could I fix it economically? I would appreciate some guidance/help.
The amplifier blew out (probably shorted and damaged when wire was loose, and gave out under load). It won't be cheap to repair....
