A small window will come up on the left.
In the heading at the top of the window, tells you where the file will download to.
Write it down.
It may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads, in the wording.
(For WinXP. Vista and Win7 are different)
Desktop: The file will be on your desktop screen.
My Documents: Left-click on Start, then on My Documents
Downloads: Left-click on Start, then on My Documents. DOUBLE-click on Downloads.
When you see the file name, DOUBLE-click right on it. Follow the easy instructions of the Installation Wizard.
(Essentially just click on Next, next, and Finish, at the bottom of the windows)
When you are finished restart your computer if not asked to do so.

WAIT 1 minute, turn the computer on.
When a device is installed Windows breaks it's neck to find compatible drivers. If you install the graphics card F-I-R-S-T before installing it's drivers, Windows will try to match up one of it's thousands of generic drivers, OR, the drivers for the ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics.
This won't do.
A driver conflict may result.
Windows: "Which drivers do I use? These or THESE?"
You need THE drivers for the graphics card installed first. THEN physically install the graphics card.
Drivers are small pieces of software that allow the Operating System (WinXP is one example), to communicate with a device }

Computer on a table, computer unplugged from power, computer case open.
TOUCH an unpainted surface, of the metal frame of the open computer case.
This action will relieve your body of Static electricity.
Should you leave your computer in the middle of working on it, be SURE to touch the metal frame again upon your return.
