Question about Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P73 Digital Camera
When I turn the camera on I get a memory stick error, it beeps for about 5 seconds and will not let me take pics or video. The memory stick icon flashes and flashes C:13:01 on the screen along with "Memory stick error". ????????????????????????????????????????????
Try using another memory stick, or insert a confirmed good memory stick, if OK, the memory stick is defective, if the same error, try pressing reset at the back of camera, a small hole beside the the DC jack. if OK, then fine, if still the same, camera needs repair. thanks

Put papers shims ( from newspaper folded 2 or 3 times) when inserting memory card. usually theres no connection between card and camera( there needle like connectors inside that might not touch the card ) like 10 of them. works on my p73
