Solution:- A> Used new windows7 CD. B> Change DVD ROM Driver. C> Change HDD Device Driver. D> Change Install windows location.
I found Asus driver in the site portal.I also guess that if your PC is an OEM and you just replace the DVD.Also is a good idea to update the firmware.Here is the LINK.(http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us).
