My badge maker is only printing on half the card.
Check your print head calibration
ask for the service personnel if it's your new printer
try to attach a scanned copy of your batch print to my mail for further support at [email protected] also mention your operating system and application software through which you print your ID Batch

Do a self test and lets see what its doing first.
to do a self test. turn the unit off, hold the online button, while turning it on, wait a couple seconds, let go of the online button, then let go of the power button
