Hi Azeem123, Your PSP is Bricked. You need to send it to Sony to get your problem resolved. The contact information is listed below. I know this is terrible news for you. When you were downloading the Flash0, something disturbed the download and corrupted the PSP. This is what Bricked you PSP. Brick refers to your psp and it is dead until Sony fixes it, no more worth than a brick. SCEA Consumer Services

Your psp screen may have broke you can buy a repair or get it fixed at ebay.com.Type in psp repair and you will see people will fix them for a low cost.
SOURCE: PSP internal screen cracked!!!
I recommend seeing an expert. I heard that to replace the internal screen only costs about 20 dollars if you do it yourself. You should look into buying a new screen(internal) but about the leaking LED's you should really try to see an expert or get some support from Sony.

There are quite a few things that can cause a disc read error on the
slim PS2. The most frequent is a bad laser, however, here is some
useful troubleshooting info:
1. "Lid Closed Sensors" There are two "lid closed sensors" in the slim PS2. In a fall, it's possible that one or both have become damaged. Remove the top of the PS2 and try depressing both sensors with a game inside. The laser should move up and down at least???
IF YES, try again with the lid on... if the laser doesn't move when you close the lid, then the top casing of your PS2 cracked in the fall and is no longer depressing the lid closed sensors.
==> If the laser moves up and down OK but does not read discs, your laser was damaged in the fall. See below for a website with more troubleshooting info, pictures, and replacement cases and lasers.

IF NO, you have a bad lid closed sensor -- these are not really replaceable easily -- you may be better off replacing the whole PS2 if one or both of these lid closed sensors goes bad.

Sounds like your PSP will need to be professionally repaired. If you are in warranty you could send it to the manufacturer, if not then try a place called www.videogame911.com. They do good repairs and have great prices.
