What's your problem?power button came out

Hello...I have a suggestion for you...If this is a new player..I't should be under warranty...If the power button fell out...you need to return it because to me...This indicates a factory defect..and trying to put it back in would involve removing the front panel at the very least...which would likely void the warranty and/or cause further damage to the unit...and the way I see it...if it fell out once....it'll fall out again...It is defective....I know how you feel about returning items but the warranty is for your protection....Word to the wise...return it and get a replacement...DON'T OPEN THE UNIT!!!!!...I hope this was helpful...PEACE..

Epson Artisan 800 Scanner leaves blue/grey stripe on side.

I had this exact same issue with two Artisan 800's. I was told it was a hardware issue. Both were returned under warranty to Epson. Have since had problems with ADF and that printer was returned. Warranty has now ended. Expecting to buy a new printer shortly: they last about 4 months before having problems. It won't be an Epson even though that's all I've owned for 10 years

Well we have a 32 in Westinghouse plasma. Shortly after buying it we noticed a line going through the screen. Is their any way to get rid of that line? And if so how?

The unit is defective and should be returned for warranty exchange or repair. The line cuold be as simple as a bad connection or a defect in the panel. A replacement panel could exceed the initial purchase price. If still under warranty as your question implies, request warranty service.
