HI I am trying to distinguish the difference

Well, if you mean the difference between the VT500 series of terminals: VT510, a single-session monochrome text terminal VT520, a multi-session monochrome text terminal VT525, a multi-session colour text terminal If you mean the difference within the VT510 line itself: VT510-AA is a white text model VT510-BA is an green text model VT510-CA is a amber text model.
Hope that helps!!

Green Screen instead of Blue

Check the picture settings on the tv, if that is not the problem, then check all of your connections (RGB cables+RW Audio) that is HD component, if you have both HDMI and HD component then try one of them, or it may be a switch in the back of the DVD player or TV

Hardware reset

Double-clicking the System icon in the Control Panel opens the System Info dialog box.You can use this dialog box to allocate thin client memory and reset the thin client to factory defaults.

The General tab contains a check box that allows you to reset the thin client to factory defaults (the check box is active for administrators only).

You can reset the thin client to factory default settings by selecting the *Reset the terminal to factory-default property settings* check box (the System Settings Change message displays and you can confirm and follow the instructions provided to reset the thin client).
