No picture
We have a 2005 Samsung Model HLP5063wx/XAA flat screen tv that we purchased from Best Buy, we did not purchase the warranty service. Within a few months of use we had no picture,just sound. A Samung tech replaced both the lamp and the engine (for free). The picture went again and we replaced the lamp, the lamp is installed correctly, We still have no picture and the lamp indicator light is stil coming on - what else do we need to do to get a picture?
