Steps to Reset Settings
This resets the phone to factory default settings.
Press OK key for Menu.
Press right navigation key twice to Select Settings & Tools.
Press 5 or Phone Settings.
Press 5 or Security.
Enter lock code, then press OK. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Press 3 or Reset Default.
Press OK, select Revert then press OK.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you
are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
The last 4-digits of your cell number or someone changed it and only they know what it is.
If it is unknown you will have to hard reset th e phone. Your cellular provider or Nokia's website can explain this process.
The unlock code is the last 4 digits of your phone #. (2) If you don't know it and you can turn the phone on go to menu>settings>security and the phone #.Use the last 4 digits of that #.If that doesnt work go to settings then phone settings and reset phone....repeat 2nd option.

If none of those codes work, You will need to call your service provider for the phone security code.
Try typing in 0000 or 1234 or the last 4 of your current phone number. Or if you bought the phone used it is the last 4 digits of the other persons cellphone number.
